Danial is currently a Senior Associate at the Firm with over 5 years of experience. During this time, Danial has developed a significant understanding and knowledge of the law, as well as the practice and procedures in Courts throughout Sindh.

He regularly appears before the High Courts in their Original, Constitutional, and Appellate Jurisdictions, as well as the District and Banking Courts. Additionally, Danial assists the Partners with litigation matters in the Honourable High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Danial possesses extensive experience in a wide range of disputes, including Civil, Criminal and Banking matters, before various Courts and Tribunals in Pakistan. Danial also has experience in property conveyance for various authorities in Pakistan, particularly in Karachi, including DHA, Cantonments, KDA, and the Board of Revenue. His extensive dealings with properties have given him a deep understanding of their transfer, conversion, and associated matters. He is also well versed with the constantly evolving law related to property in Pakistan and provides advisory in this regard.
