Saila Abbas

Saila Abbas is an Advocate of the High Court and an Associate at our Karachi office. She holds an LL.B. from Hamdard University, Karachi, where she graduated with distinction and wrote her thesis on Waqf – A Public Welfare in Islamic Law. With a strong academic record and practical exposure across multiple areas of law, she brings both depth and versatility to her role at the firm.

Saila has extensive experience in civil, criminal, family, property, taxation, and commercial matters. She has been actively involved in litigation before district and sessions courts, assisted senior counsel in high-profile cases, and contributed to trial preparation, client representation, and case strategy development. Her experience also includes drafting a wide range of legal documents, conducting detailed legal research, and advising clients in both contentious and advisory matters.

She handles civil suits, family disputes, criminal defense, and corporate advisory work.
