Noor Fatima is the Senior Associate of the Firm at its Karachi office since 2016. Fatima’s practice in the Firm focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, takeover laws and competition laws, banking and general corporate advisory work. She has been involved in some of the most complex commercial transactions.

Fatima is also routinely engaged to advise on various regulatory issues involving the Competition Commission of Pakistan, the State Bank of Pakistan, the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and other sector-specific regulatory authorities.

With a diverse market understanding, Fatima also assists in the Firm’s dispute resolution practice for a wide range of clients in matters pertaining to taxation, regulatory/compliance matters and commercial disputes.
