Malik Muhammad Yousuf Sulman

Barrister Malik Muhammad Yousaf Sulman is an Associate at SMMS Legal Islamabad, where he contributes to both litigation and transactional matters. He is a Barrister-at-Law from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and holds an LL.M. in Bar Vocational Studies with a specialization in Corporate Law and Practice from City, University of London. His academic foundation is complemented by an LL.B. from Brunel University, London, equipping him with both local and international perspectives on legal practice.

At SMMS, Malik Yousaf is actively engaged in legal research, drafting, and case preparation across a wide range of practice areas. He has experience in preparing pleadings, motions, affidavits, and agreements, while also supporting senior counsel in trial logistics, discovery, and hearings. His exposure to litigation includes managing case files, conducting statutory and case law analysis, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.

In addition to his professional practice, Malik Yousaf has developed leadership skills through his roles in student legal societies in the UK, including serving as Social Secretary of the Brunel Law Society. His international exposure, combined with practical litigation experience in Pakistan, allows him to bridge global legal learning with local practice. With his strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills, he continues to strengthen his role as a valued member of the SMMS team.
