Mahnoor Abbasi

Mahnoor Abbasi is an Advocate of the Subordinate Courts and a Legal Associate in the firm’s Islamabad office. She graduated with an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and has since built a career that combines litigation practice with a strong commitment to social development and public interest advocacy. Her early experience includes working with Omar Law Firm, where she handled civil and criminal cases and contributed to client advisory and drafting.

Mahnoor has also demonstrated leadership through her involvement in academic and non-profit initiatives. As Joint Secretary of Guardian, a non-profit focused on education, she oversaw compliance and donor engagement. She also served as General Secretary of the Law Studies Forum, where she organized seminars, panel discussions, and moot courts. Additionally, her role in youth movements for constitutional rights and democratic reforms reflects her commitment to justice and the rule of law beyond the courtroom.

Since joining SMMS, Mahnoor has been engaged in diverse matters including civil litigation, constitutional petitions, and corporate advisory. She is known for her strong drafting skills, thorough research, and client-focused approach. With her blend of professional competence and social consciousness, Mahnoor brings both dedication and vision to her role at the firm.
