Naqqash is a Senior Associate having over 5 years of experience in dealing with a range of disputes before various Courts and Tribunals in Pakistan with a focus on civil, commercial, constitutional and banking matters.

Over the years, Naqqash has attained a significant understanding and knowledge of the law as well as the practice and procedure in the Courts throughout the province of Sindh. He regularly appears before the High Courts in its Original, Constitutional and Appellate Jurisdictions as well as before the District Courts, Banking Courts, Consumer Courts and Tribunals in tax and customs. Naqqash also assists the Partners in a range of litigation matters in the Honourable High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Naqqash has also developed a diverse and extensive practice in resolving disputes via litigation and alternate dispute resolution. He has a significant experience in matters pertaining to land disputes, consumer matters, banking, company law matters, inheritance, administrative matters, succession, contract, rent, arbitration and family law disputes.

Naqqash has represented a renowned brokerage firm of Pakistan before the Pakistan Stock Exchange in arbitration. He has also acquired expertise in trust registration, registration of deeds, corporate/commercial advisory and transactions including the sale and purchase of land, execution of joint venture agreements, conducting due diligence, advisory and rendering opinions.
