Regularly appearing before District Courts, Banking Courts, Consumer Courts, and Tribunals in tax and customs, Asad also assists Partners in litigation matters in the Honourable High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan.

He excels in alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation, achieving positive results and client satisfaction. Currently, he handles numerous high-profile clients, including Saima Estate Builders and Developers, One Group, Alkaram Towel Industries, Atlas Cables, Nadeem Textile, Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association, and Quice Foods Industries, making him an invaluable asset to the firm.

Mahnoor is an Associate at the Firm's Karachi Office, commencing her career in 2023 after completing her degree of LLB (Hons).

Mahnoor advises on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, delisting, incorporation of companies, winding up, joint ventures, anti-trust, project financing, and human resource related matters. She also advises on general commercial contracts ranging from licensing, franchising and distribution agreements to procurement and supply agreements.

 

She has also assisted the Litigation Team of the Firm in litigation proceedings for commercial, family, land and taxation matters.
